Delete your account in the app

1. Open Aura+ and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
4. Reauthenticate with Google or Apple when prompted.
5. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion begins only after Aura+ confirms the server-side operation. If the app reports that deletion is pending or could not be confirmed, retry or contact support with the reference shown in the app.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the email address associated with your Aura+ account. Use the subject Aura+ account deletion request. We may ask you to verify ownership, but we will never ask for your password or Google or Apple sign-in credentials.

We aim to complete verified email requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits or requires more time, we will explain the reason and expected completion date.

Data that is deleted

After a confirmed deletion, Aura+ permanently deletes or dissociates the account data under its control, including:

• Your Firebase Authentication account and Aura+ profile.
• Account settings, preferences, goals, habits, streaks, Aura Points, and progress history.
• Meal, nutrition, workout, fitness, weight, step, planner, and other health or activity records associated with the account.
• Your posts, comments, likes, social relationships, reports, and uploaded media associated with the account, where present.
• Account-linked AI usage records, legal acceptance receipts, and other in-product records stored by Aura+.
• Directly identifiable account links used for product analytics, where they remain under Aura+'s control.

Limited data that may be retained

• Deletion marker: Aura+ retains a one-way SHA-256 hash of its internal user identifier and the deletion time. It contains no profile, contact, health, content, or media data. It is retained indefinitely only to prevent delayed subscription events from recreating a deleted account.
• De-identified analytics: Aggregated or de-identified statistics that can no longer reasonably be linked to your account may be retained.
• Store and payment records: Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers may retain transaction records under their own legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations. Aura+ does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• Required legal records: If a law requires Nhancio to retain a specific record, we keep only what is required for the legally mandated period and restrict its use to that purpose.

Deleting Aura+ does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel any active subscription in the relevant app-store account to prevent future renewal charges.
