Welcome to Aura+. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura+ application and website operated by Nhancio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Aura+, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using any part of the Aura+ service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Aura+.

2. Description of Service

Aura+ is a habit tracking and personal development application that allows users to:

• Set and track daily habits, wellness goals, and progress
• Log meals by text or request an AI-assisted meal analysis with your device's camera or photo library
• Request an optional Fit Check with a photo
• View Aura scores, streaks, and progress insights
• Use optional focus, workout, and coaching features when available

When you request a camera or photo feature, you authorize Aura+ to transmit that photo to the server-side analysis service and, where needed, its AI provider to provide the requested result. The active app does not retain the original meal or Fit Check image in your account record after analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Aura+ account or use the service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Aura+ is available to users in India and internationally; by using the service outside India, you consent to your data being processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including transfer to and processing in India and other countries where our service providers operate.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of Aura+, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Aura Scores and Progress

Aura scores, streaks, progress indicators, and other in-app metrics are informational, non-transferable features of Aura+. They:

• Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• May be calculated from the logs and activity you provide
• May change when you update or delete data, or when we improve a calculation
• Are subject to change at our discretion

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Aura+ for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate Aura scores, streaks, or related data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Aura+ — including the design, logo, text, graphics, icons, illustrations, and software — are owned by Nhancio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

Any content you create within Aura+ (such as habit names, goals, and notes) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content to provide the service to you.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Aura+ may offer free and Premium tiers. If Premium is offered in your app build, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. RevenueCat may provide subscription-entitlement services to Aura+; it does not replace the relevant app store as the payment processor. If you purchase a Premium subscription:

• Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase through the relevant app store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, via your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's policies (Google Play or Apple App Store)
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

10. Disclaimers

Aura+ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Aura+ is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or health advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nhancio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Aura+, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Aura+ at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of Aura+ after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Aura+ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, regardless of where you access the service from. This applies to all users, including those located outside India.
